Ball Bearings

Ball Bearing are made from pure Silicon Nitride material with extreme high density from uniform compaction (3.25 g/cm3). The micro-structural development of this material during manufacture is second to none. These high precision Grade 5, SI3N4 pure ceramic balls are 5/1,000,000" from exactly round in sphericity. They are 60% lighter in weight, and 7 times harder than steel. Friction is reduced to near zero. We are dealer, supplier, exporter and all solutions of bearing products with guarantee, warranty assured efficiency, safety and quality.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings are also available in sealed or split designs. In sealed bearings, the rollers are protected from contaminants, water and dust, while providing lubricant retention and contaminant exclusion. This provides lower friction and longer service life. Split bearings are intended primarily for bearing arrangements which are difficult to access, such as crank shafts, where they simplify maintenance and replacements.

Insert bearings (Y-bearings)

Insert bearings are based on sealed deep groove ball bearings in the 62 and 63 series, but have a convex outer ring and in most cases an extended inner ring with a specific locking device, enabling quick and easy mounting onto the shaft.

Linear Motion Bearing

A linear-motion bearing or linear slide is a bearing designed to provide free motion in one dimension. There are many different types of linear motion bearings.
Motorized linear slides such as machine slides, XY tables, roller tables and some dovetail slides are bearings moved by drive mechanisms. Not all linear slides are motorized and non-motorized dovetail slides, ball bearing slides and roller slides provide low-friction linear movement for equipment powered by inertia or by hand. All linear slides provide linear motion based on bearings, whether they are ball bearings, dovetail bearings, linear roller bearings, magnetic or fluid bearings. XY Tables, linear stages, machine slides and other advanced slides use linear motion bearings to provide movement along both X and Y multiple axis.

Four Row Cylindrical Bearing

The radial load capacity of four row cylindrical roller bearing is exceptionally high. Four-row cylindrical roller bearing are only able to accommodate radial loads, they are therefore mounted together with deep groove or angular contact ball bearings or with tapered roller bearing of thrust design, which take up the axial loads. The main application are found in working or backup rolls of hot and cold rolling mills, strip mill, etc. We have been operating as bearings solutions, supplier, dealer and service provider with replacement guarantee and warranty.

Bearing Accessories

You need sleeves to mount your bearings on in order to get the optimum performance out them.

Lock - nuts are sometimes referred as shaft or withdrawal nuts depending on the use on which they are to be put in. They provide a simple means of axially locating bearings and other machine components on the shafts and also facilitate mounting and dismounting small bearing on withdrawal sleeves. The required bearing internal clearness on tapered sleeves is achieved by carefully tightening of lock nut. For tapered roller bearing, the positive clearance is achieved by full tightening of lock nut and releasing by ¼ pitch.

Lock – washers are used to lock the nuts on the shaft , while inner tab is used for locking for the larger size of nuts. Lock- washers are designated as ‘MB XX’ . Locking washers are made out of deep drawing , cold rolled , annealed steel (CRCA) . After tightening of Lock nut , the lock washer teeth is pressed into one of four grooves of lock nut to make the assembly tightly fitted.

Rotary shaft tip seals are components designed in a ring form , fitted between machine parts in relative rotation, with the function of separating oil or grease from the inside and dirt , dust, water etc. from the outside.

The sealing lip design corresponds to the current state of art and is based on many years of experience in a wide range of a application fields.

The sealing edge can either be ready be ready molded or trimmed by mechanical cutting.

The total radial force of the sealing lip is given by elastomer pre-tension together with tensile spring force. The Former depends on the deformation and elasticity of the rubber material, geometry of the sealing lip and interference between shaft and seal.
